By leaving the regular paddings out of the tier 3 benches, you get no cost benefit of the regular paddings on the Garrison bench. Medium armor can be really good for agility. Lower carry weight means more damage and more stam regen. But if you’re taking too much damage get some heavy armor and reduce the weight. In general one of the best armor sets you can get is the dragon armor.
