WebAug 23, 2024 · The dress came shoved in a used plastic back - wrinkled and the straps that were to hold this dress up was ribbon which you would use to wrap a present. Very upsetting. The quality of this dress was terrible and not wearable unless you want to walk down the aisle as your dress falls down. The dress was ordered on 8/3/21. This hair can be used as extension to give you a faux Sisterlock look. I realized that they're advertising my hair as false hair extentisions and my hair is real. WebLitB customer service refused refund and while apologetic used a fake excuse about a worsening covid situation. Offered 10 usd discount on 30 usd order within 6 weeks.
