This load of 15.6 grains is listed in my 2nd Edition-1st Printing Hornady manual. This was with the old Hercules 2400 --- It's suggested to drop the load .5 grain with the slightly hotter Alliant 2400. It is also very temperature sensitive and will produce totally different results when hot vs cold.
