My hyperx cloud alpha mic is not working help
Web28 mei 2024 · Hi guys, so three days ago I bought fresh HyperX Cloud Alpha headphones, they arrived yesterday and I instantly started trying them. They are comfortable let's be honest. But, when I started trying my mic, it doesn't detect it. Well, it does but no one can hear nothing. And sometimes when I speak it sometimes doesn't detect it that much. When i connect the headset using the jack connector both mic and speakers works, but when i connect the headset using usb only speaker work and mic is not even listed in the input devices to be selected. alsamixer shows results are like the following:
